About this Project

This project is a directory of life-saving resources for those leaving cults or other coercive control environments. Founded by a survivor, it aims to provide the support, resources, and knowledge needed to build a stable and healthy life — the kind they wished had been available when they first left.

Assistance without prejudice

You lived a life few would understand, dedicating yourself completely to a person or group that promised the direction you believed you couldn’t find alone. The bonds you formed felt like family, and you may still hold on to the belief that parts of it were good. But over time, the weight of constant blame and shame wore you down — always feeling wrong, never quite enough, and endlessly striving for approval that only they claimed to offer. We understand how this feels because we have lived it.
You’ve started to question a place that once seemed full of purpose, and with that comes a growing sense of inner conflict. Confusion and fear often build quietly as the red flags become too many to ignore, yet it feels isolating—no one else seems troubled by what’s happening. The idea of leaving can be frightening, but over time, the pressure becomes impossible to dismiss. Eventually, it becomes clear that continuing this way is no longer sustainable. And for the first time, the possibility of leaving begins to feel real — but where does someone even begin?
May this website provide a solid place for you to start.
